Welcome to Ajar. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ajar mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Ajar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Description of Service

Ajar is a subscription-based mobile application that provides structured prayer tracking, Quran learning paths, and habit-building tools designed to support consistent religious practice.

Ajar is a software service and does not collect donations or charitable contributions.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ajar. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

 

3. Account Registration

To use Ajar, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Ajar requires an active paid subscription to access its features.

 

Subscription details:

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually

• Payment is processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe

• Subscription fees are charged automatically unless canceled before renewal

Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed (Apple, Google, or Stripe).

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform used for payment. Ajar does not guarantee refunds except where required by law.

 

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access or interfere with Ajar’s systems

• Misuse social or community features

• Copy, distribute, or exploit the Service without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Ajar — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Ajar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

8. Disclaimer

Ajar is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to support spiritual consistency and learning, Ajar does not provide religious rulings, legal advice, or guarantees of outcomes.

Use of the Service is at your own discretion.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

 

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Ajar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
